Do not clean the wound with Hydrogen peroxide.  If you are still using it, do not put it directly on the wound.
The bleeding stops automatically due to small cuts and scratches, but if the bleeding is not stopping, apply pressure on the wound.
If the wound is on the arm or leg, keep it above your heart level to reduce bleeding.
After cleansing the wound, apply antibiotic cream on it so that it remains moist.  You can also use petroleum jelly for this.  Many times a cream can cause rash or rash on the wound, in that case stop using that cream immediately.
Cover the cut skin with a bandage or bandage.
If the cut wound is deep, have a doctor get it stitched.
Change the strip daily.  Even if the bandage has become dirty, replace it at the same time.  Wound bandages or bandages are easily found at medical stores.
Wash your hands again after first aid and clean your hands every time before changing the bandage.
If you have not been injected with tetanus in the last 5 years, go to the doctor and get it vaccinated.
